Abstract
Summary The usability of interactive systems is an important attribute, especially for safety-critical devices like driver information systems. The functional complexity of such devices is increasing. Traditional user testing during development often fails to provide necessary data for an appropriate usability evaluation. In this work an approach for in-the-field usage data collection using the D'PUIS framework and automatic evaluation with the REVISER evaluation tool is introduced.
