Abstract

ABSTRACTA simple method using a vacuum diffusion technique for concentrating limited quantity bloodstains and seminal fluid stains is outlined. Bloodstained materials washed under various conditions were tested using the Hemochromogen test and the Anti-Human Globulin test before and after concentration. Seminal fluid stains were typed in the Glo I and PGM1 systems before and after concentration. This concentration technique can be applied to casework situations.
