Abstract
Abstract The concentrations of Aluminium in the marine phanerogam Halophila stipulacea and in the sediment, sampled at eight stations in the Gulf of Antikyra (Greece) were presented. The seasonal variation in concentrations of Al in the seagrass and in the substrate in all these stations were studied. The quantitative differences in Al between the different parts of the phanerogam, between H. stipulacea‐sediment and among the different sample stations have also been examined.
