Abstract
Measurements of shear viscosity as a function of molar composition ? and temperature T near the consolute point of the binary system aniline–cyclohexane are reported. The results are analyzed in terms of the mode coupling theory. The needed dependence of the correlation length on ? and T is established using a scaling equation of state. The agreement between experiments and theory is quite good.
