CONACYT, FORO CONSULTIVO Y LAS VOCES NO ESCUCHADAS, UN ANÁLISIS DESDE EL PODER Y EL DISCURSO (2019-2022)

Abstract

In this paper an analysis is done about the relationship between Conacyt and Foro Consultivo, highlighting to the conflict between both organizations, which inclu - des from July 2019 and with cut in the investigation until the date of April 2022. In this sense, some concepts of power are cited since the symbolic point of view, well as of discourse. The legal context of the relationship of these organizations is exposed to go on to relate the conflict since their statements. At the end, an analysis is made based on these theoretical references and exposed speeches, to point out the existence the unheard voices in this conflict.
