Abstract

Public communication and citizenship are concepts that are very close. The way of the communication, such public, is rooted in the idea of ??means for the construction of citizenship . It is allied to these concepts is a unique institution in the field of Brazilian justice system, the Public Ministry, agency which has among its main functions the defense of citizenship. Then, based on database from the Brazilian Research Media 2014 on desk research and direct observation of the Public Ministry of Goias, this article analyzes the challenges to communicate with the public, taking into account the habits media consumption. Finally, it seeks to understand what influences the internet and his potential use for public communication.
