Abstract
The participants will describe experiences at their institutions with different computing environments: Mini-computer, IBM PC Lab, Macintosh Lab, Sun Workstation Lab. Each panelist will address similar issues as they relate to these environments in small colleges: Funding Candid evaluation of Hardware and Software including networking Course usage in computer science Usage by other disciplines Management of the facility Time is planned for an open discussion among participants and audience on questions of mutual interest.
