Abstract

This article focuses on the long-standing quality problems of electromechanical products, such as poor accuracy, short accuracy life, large performance fluctuations, and frequent failures. This article takes electromechanical products as the research object, based on the definition of the meta-action unit system and omni-directional modeling, and the accuracy The predictive control of the four key quality characteristics of, precision life, performance stability and reliability is the core. Based on the actual situation, the main points of the computer-aided integration technology design of mechatronics products are studied, and the development of mechatronics technology is discussed first. Secondly, it analyzes the application of computer-aided technology in mechatronics design. Using large-scale system research methods to systematically study the definition and modeling of meta-action units, the formation mechanism of key quality characteristics, the fusion control mechanism of quality characteristics, and the coupling and decoupling technology of whole machine quality characteristics based on meta-action units, predictive control models and other key sciences For the problem, the numerical control machine tool is used as a typical case for theoretical verification and application, and a set of key quality characteristic analysis and predictive control methods based on meta-action units is proposed for electromechanical products, which provides theoretical and technical support for essentially ensuring the quality of electromechanical products.
