Abstract
The load characteristics of low-temperature thermoelectric coolers have been studied by means of computer simulation using the differential equation of stationary thermal conductivity with temperature-dependent kinetic coefficients. Based on the obtained results, the branches of characteristics of the thermoelements employing bismuth telluride and a bismuth-based superconductor are compared.
