Abstract
In this paper, the authors intend to focus their attention to one of knotty, complexity problems of public welfare - Urban Public Security Traffic Accident Analysis Systems (UPSTAAS) by using the Large-scale Systems Engineering Analysis Methodology (LS-SEAM) and computer network means.For the purpose of decreasing accident rate and improving current systems it is extremely important to consider the system as a whole and, from systems point of view, to unite all main stages of accident analysis procedure by means of systems thinking, such as investigation, statistics, analysis, prediction, organization, implementation, monitoring, management, control, optimization, etc. with regard to this system.To achieve above aims, the subject of this paper is to develop a computer network system for UPSTAAS and to discuss its feasibility and so on.
