Abstract
Computer use in education is increasing exponentially. Almost all subject areas have found benefits in computer applications. However, there are no training models which describe how teachers and higher education faculty can be trained to deliver instruction using computer technology. This study determined the needs of the faculty and subsequently a training model was developed which can be used to provide computer literacy training to higher education faculty.
