Abstract
目的 对浆膜腔积液间皮细胞(Mes)与巨噬细胞(Mac)的计算机图像参数进行分析,进一步提高细胞图片分析效率和体液细胞诊断水平.方法用血细胞图文分析系统配套软件定量分析图像库中的Mes、Mac及淋巴细胞(Lym),并比较各参数的统计学差异.结果Mes和Mac面积、周长、胞质面积及核面积和周长均大于Lym(P＜0.01);Mes的胞体及核面积均明显小于Mac(P＜0.01);Mes胞质似圆度明显低于Mac,而胞核似圆度高于Mac,P值均小于0.01;两者的周长及核浆比率比较均无统计学意义;Mes细胞的浆灰度均值和核灰度均值及核灰度方差均明显小于Mac(P＜0.01),而浆灰度与Lym细胞相近(P＞0.05).结论浆膜腔积液细胞定量分析对建立积液细胞识别标准及加强体液细胞质量控制有一定临床价值。
