Abstract
Level of plastic deformations is calculated in multilayer acr welding and surfacing. The equations of compatibility of displacements caused by heating of the metal during successive application of rollers are solved. It is revealed that in the case of successive surfacing of beads and a change in the distribution of limiting temperatures, a complex pattern of the stress state of the metal arises in the zone of surfacing. This indicates the need to take into account this phenomenon in multilayer welding and surfacing in engineering practice.
