Abstract
Application of the computer systems for the resistance test, the self-propulsion test and the propeller test in the Mejiro Tanks is described. Two kinds of computers are used as the central computer and the process control computer. The former controls the main procedure of the tank test and the latter manages the measuring process of the tank test and the data acquisition and analysis on the towing carriage. Machines and instruments adopted in our computer system are also given.
