Abstract
A computer oriented module-level test generation method for digital devices is presented. Test generation is based on using elementary module tests and will be carried out by corresponding path sensitizing procedures to enable the control of module testing only via primary inputs and outputs of the device. Path sensitizing will be carried out on the alternative-graph-model. The multiple approach is proposed to derive a group of tests at one run.
