Abstract

A technology for restoring of the contact surfaces of a centrifugal sectional pump is developed and technological requirements for the necessary equipment for its practical implementation are formulated on the basis of computer aided engineering of the technological capabilities of double-arc surfacing with a consumable electrode with a current-carrying filler wire. It is shown that the use of the proposed technology and robotic equipment for its implementation makes it possible to increase the productivity of surfacing by 1.8—2 times and provides an acceptable content of the substrate material in the deposited layer.
