Abstract
In order to avoid the small number of teeth gears undercutting problem when they are manufactured by cutting tool, this paper uses the AutoCAD software to precisely draw high precision gear working outline drawing, and uses the CAXA wire cutting software to generate the G code procedure automatically. The process how to use the wire cutting machine to manufacture different working conditions, different precision of gears is discussed, and the manufacturing precision of high precision gears have effectively achieved.
