Abstract
A case of lymphogranuloma venereum involving the cervix as a primary site is discussed. The patient's clinical presentation and findings on tomography were suggestive of carcinoma of the cervix. The differential diagnosis of retroperitoneal pelvic lymphadenophathy is discussed.
