Abstract

This work analyses the effects of the mandatory humanized judicial listening within the judicial scope of urgent protective measures requirements, in the understanding of the multidimensionality of domestic violence. An excerpt from a research that has been carried out on domestic and family violence against women in Cabo de Santo Agostinho –PE, in 2016 to 2020 – before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, the effects of identifying individual vulnerabilities in the proper activation of the coping network domestic violence, as well as re-evaluating urgent protective measures. The qualitative research method will be used, based on official data from the mentioned court. In addition, an investigation of available and specialized bibliographies on the subject will also be carried out. Among the conclusions, it can be inferred that humanized judicial listening is a tool available to the court providing an expansion of the effective protection of women's rights.
