Abstract

Aiming at the insufficiency of the comprehensive evaluation of aircraft carrier-based aircraft carrier recovery and guidance equipment support capability, a comprehensive evaluation method based on multi-person analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) and entropy method was proposed which takes the impact of subjective and objective factors on the evaluation system into account. In view of the fuzzy and indefinite nature of the evaluation object, a cloud-based model theory was proposed to obtain a quantitative indicator cloud model representation and a weighted deviation degree was used to enable quantitative and qualitative conversion of the system's support capability assessment. The assessment results are more intuitive and suitable for decision-making. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed evaluation method.
