Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of reproductive and contraceptive behavior of women with genital prolapse and UPBS who were treated in 3 maternity complex of Samarkand city for the period from 2012 to 2016. It was established that an optimized surgical method of treatment of vaginal wall prolapse with simultaneous transvaginal DSC The indications and criteria for selecting patients to perform this operation are presented, the efficiency of the proposed method of surgical treatment and contraception based on the study of the nearest and distant results is determined. The dynamics of the reproductive system organs condition and quality of life during a year after the operation are given in the article.
