Abstract
The results of treatment of 60 patients with “disorders associated with adhesions” and “pelvic adhesive disease” who were treated by application of antiadhesive gel Defensal with antihypoxic and antioxidant activity were analyzed. Patients in Group I received 90% positive result, Group ІІ – 95%, Group ІІ – 85%. In 17 (85%) patients, long-term infertility has been eliminated. Simultaneous miniinvasive surgery and antiadhesive gel Defensal are recommened to be used. It is necessary to apply the required amount of gel only to moisten the peritoneum and serous membranes during surgical procedure and to avoid excessive use of the gel to prevent “geleoma”.
