Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in patients with severe ICU (intensive care unit) blood purification and its influence on prognosis. Methods From April 2014 to March 2017, 82 patients with ICU blood purification admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and patients in the research group were treated with combined comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the indexes of MAP, HR, Scr, BUN, AST and ALT of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P>0.05). APACHE Ⅱ score all time points of the study group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The combined application of comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing in patients with severe ICU blood purification is conducive to improving the nursing effect and improving the prognosis of patients.
