Abstract

On the basis of the pre-research of the comprehensive evaluation of water resources allocation scheme, in view of the complexity and differences of the allocation scheme, taking advantages of the grey system clustering evaluation method based on the reformative triangular whitenization weight function and the method of triangular fuzzy number in data processing and data integration, and with the combination between the triangular fuzzy number theory and the grey evaluation method of triangle whitening function, this paper shall construct the comprehensive evaluation model of water resources allocation scheme. Since the grey system clustering evaluation method based on the reformative triangular whitenization weight function precedes the grey clustering evaluation method based on the end-point triangular whitenization weight function, thus this paper apply the grey system clustering evaluation method based on the reformative triangular whitenization weight function in the comprehensive evaluation of water resources allocation scheme. Finally, we take comprehensive evaluation of water resources allocation of Tianjin for instance to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of this method.
