Abstract

In order to further optimize resource structure, reduce the energy gap, alleviate environmental pollution and promote the sustainable development of the whole social energy system, the scientific evaluation and decision-making mechanism of photovoltaic power generation projects need to be established, and the comprehensive evaluation system of photovoltaic power station power generation performance need to be improved. This paper focuses on the comprehensive evaluation system and evaluation method of photovoltaic power generation units. Based on the basic principle of multi-objective, multi-criteria, multi-factors and multi-level decision-making, a comprehensive evaluation system suitable for photovoltaic power generation units is proposed, which considers the advantages and disadvantages of objective weight method and subjective weight method. The minimum deviation combined weighting method is used to calculate the combined weight, and then the comprehensive performance evaluation model of photovoltaic power generation unit is established. The comprehensive evaluation results of the new photovoltaic medium voltage power generation unit and the conventional photovoltaic power generation unit are compared and analyzed, so as to prove the superiority of the design index of the former.
