Abstract
E37 larceny has caused serious loss for power supply enterprise. Therefore, the work is dedicated to the development of comprehensive evaluation system of stealing electricity(CYSSE). Data mining methodology is employed based on electricity information collection system(EICS). And online monitoring and video forensic system has been developed to monitor the state of power consumption in real-time. Considering the big data collected in EICS, an anti power theft model is proposed. Credit rating of customers can be achieved via data mining. Therefore, the on-line monitoring system of anti power theft can be differentially built for different credit rating of customers. The indicator evaluation system of power consumption (IESPC) is constructed in order to mine important information for evaluating the credit rating of customers. The influence factors on power consumption is considered in detail, such as seasons, the level of energy efficiency, the work periods, and so on. The CYSSE has been successfully put into service in Taiyuan and Yuncheng of Shanxi Province. Its performance has been proved via application in field.
