Comprehensive evaluation system of rural area network line loss management

Abstract

This paper is analyzed the problem that the line loss of the rural network is more serious and lacks the quantitative management comprehensive evaluation system. First of all, this paper is classified rural network courts, followed by the use of Delphi method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of rural area network loss management. Then, AHP is used to carry out subjective assignment and sensitivity weighting method to objectively assign values. The final weight is obtained by combining the subjective and objective assignment. Finally, the index score function is obtained through curve fitting, and the comprehensive score is made for the rural network area. Based on the classification, each type of courts area is analyzed to find the difference of each type of courts area.
