Abstract
Intelligent power consumption, an important part of the smart grid, is closely connected with the user side. The promotion of intelligent power consumption will further ensure the efficiency of grid energy and orderly power consumption activities. At the same time, strengthening the development of intelligent power consumption can also achieve the goal of green and efficient power grid construction, strengthen the management of power quality, and help realize China's “peak carbon dioxide emissions” and “carbon neutrality” strategic goals. Starting from the wisdom of energy consumption and strengthening the capacity that can be measured and controlled, this paper reviews the application of new technologies of intelligent power consumption. On this basis, this paper first analyzed from the perspectives of market value, technical value, and market orientation, and established a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for the application maturity of new technologies of intelligent power consumption. Then it comprehensively considered the importance and influence of the evaluation indicators, adopted the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation analysis theory, and established the comprehensive evaluation model for application maturity of new technologies of intelligent power consumption. Finally, combined with the specific case study, it proposed a practical analysis of the technology maturity model, including technology application maturity evaluation, weak link analysis and power grid application target-oriented sensitivity analysis. It provides an important reference basis for the planning and application of new technologies of intelligent power consumption in the smart distribution network.
