Abstract

Shared energy storage, as a new business model combining energy storage technology and sharing economy concept, has the potential to play an important role in the new energy consumption scenario driven by the goal of "double carbon",. However, there are still no unified evaluation standards and methods to evaluate the development and operation of shared energy storage business models. In this regard, firstly, the basic elements of the shared energy storage business model in the new energy consumption scenario are analyzed; secondly, a comprehensive evaluation index system for shared energy storage is designed, and the definition and connotation of each index in the index system are outlined in detail; Finally, by designing the target solution, we adopt the improved approximate ideal solution ranking method to achieve the horizontal comparison evaluation between different evaluation solutions and the vertical comparison evaluation between evaluation solutions and target solutions.
