Abstract

Starting from three main processes of knowledge management in supply chain node enterprises, knowledge acquirement, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization, this study analyzes the risk factors faced in knowledge management and reveals uncertainty about supply chain environment of node enterprises. It further builds up a risk evaluation criteria system for knowledge management in supply chain node enterprises and makes use of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to evaluate some risks occurred during the process of knowledge management in supply chain node enterprises. This study verifies scientificity and operability of this evaluation method through an empirical analysis. Also, it will provide the theoretical basis for enterprises to identify and evade the risks of knowledge management and effectively control and manage them by taking corresponding guard measures.
