Abstract
Aiming at the perception of the effectiveness of dispatchers' operations in the transparent regulation of power grids, a comprehensive evaluation method for transparent regulation of power grids based on order relation analysis method and grey correlation analysis is proposed. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation system for power grid transparent regulation is constructed from the perspectives of safety, economy and complexity. Then, each indicator is weighted based on the order relation analysis method as an individual decision-making method, and a group is formed by combining the characteristic root method and the grey correlation degree. The decision preference weight is finally weighted to obtain the score of each scheme, which realizes the comprehensive evaluation of the transparent regulation process of multiple power grids and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
