Comprehensive evaluation index system and weight grey correlation analysis of electric energy substitution project

Abstract

The implementation of electric energy substitution is a significant measure to boost the national energy development strategy, promote energy revolution and win the "blue sky defense war". As a new market, the uneven phenomena in quality appears in the implementation process of electricity substitution under the pressure of all kinds of technologies blowout. Therefore it is of great significance to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for a healthy and orderly development of the electricity alternative market. A multi-dimensional and multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system covering five aspects, i.e., economy, environment, reliability, energy saving effect and equipment performance are set up in this paper, a more accurate evaluation method for evaluating the importance of each index and the correlations among different objects is proposed based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation analysis, realizing the quantization of the importance of each evaluation index. The related work in this paper is of great guiding significance for the standard management and favorable development of electric energy substitution market.
