Abstract

AbstractAs the world’s largest power grid enterprise and state-owned energy backbone enterprise, State Grid Corporation of China has been committed to continuously improving the overall and systematic work of quality management. In this context, the equipment asset quality of regional distribution network is evaluated, and new requirements are put forward to integrate the whole life cycle management concept. From the four stages of procurement, installation, operation and decommissioning, 10 indexes were selected to design the regional distribution network equipment asset quality evaluation index system and construct the multi-attribute AHP-TOPSIS-entropy weight combination evaluation method for regional distribution network equipment asset quality. Finally, a distribution network in region A, B and C is selected for example analysis.
