Abstract

Considering the importance and according to the implications of the scientific support and PNIE intermodulation, it is our purpose to share the postulates and protocols of diagnostic evaluation and treatment in 5 dimensions: Biological - Cognitive - Psycho-emotional - Socioecological and Spiritual that could guide us from a transdisciplinary vision in the Patient care with SARS-CoV2.Starting the pandemic began the psycho-emotional changes in the individuals who work in the hospital and in all the community. The fear and the uncertainty to face a new disease which no one knew was the main attention. Relocate physical spaces to isolate the infected, using protective equipment, educating workers, and establishing a diagnosis for which the medical treatment was unknown. And knowing that the outcome could be fatal. These were psycho-emotional aspects that for any individual would generate little adaptability to changes. Activating the Sympathetic Nervous System and Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal, and thus altering the PNIE Network. That’s why the need arises to look for strategies based on the PNIE, which allow us to attend to the patient according to the Postulates of the health-disease process, considering them as a psyche - soma - environment unit, taking into account the communication and intermodulation of the psychological, nervous, immune and endocrine, and attending to the Multifactorial, Multidimensionality, Temporal Convergence and Neuroplasticity of its process.
