In order to maintain efficient budget management and forecasting under the condition of massive business expansion, technical upgrading must be considered, comprehensive analysis of various factors such as enterprise cost, profit and price shall be conducted by reasonable means, ensure the enterprise benefit, the author puts forward the research on comprehensive budget management of power grid enterprises based on data mining. The author expounds the basis for intelligent budget management and prediction optimization of power grid enterprises under the background of big data, and puts forward the realization idea of intelligent budget management and prediction optimization of power grid enterprises in combination with the actual situation. It also conducts mining analysis for L Group. The results show that: The costs of repair and materials were 60.59% and 58.82%, respectively; The power purchase cost and labor cost are small. Conclusion: The emergence and development of big data related technologies, it provides a reliable basis for power grid enterprises to achieve the goal of intelligent and information construction, strengthens their business capabilities, and helps enterprises achieve their strategic plans.
