Abstract
Traditional way to solve the problem of wear resistance of conjugate unit under friction with grease is spraying of hard and cohesion stable coating for shaft under friction and this method is exhausted. Other ways are connected with modernisation of inserts for plain bearings which are counterbody for the shaft and better grease quality. As a base the principle of improving of coating relaxation characteristics has been used for developing new compound coating for hard shaft. While preserving hard plastic nondeformed structure (which makes coating matrix) alloys copper based have been used as a filler. These copper based alloys are of more plasticity, especially in small volumes. This method helps to achieve the following results: cohesion strength is 2,5 as low, wear intensity and friction coefficient are lowered by a factor of 10 and load-preasure grabbing seizeire hightens by 2,5. Wear products have been 10–20 times as smaller in quantity and it helps to understand the coating nature. One has managed to register less time period before destruction during creep at high temperature and speed drop of creep by a factor of 10. The process of cracking has been decelerated on the interphase boundaries.
