Abstract

The article deals with the aspects of the development of practical tasks for massive open online courses. The article also covers the importance of psychometrics for the development of digital courses and technical capabilities of modern popular MOOC platforms. The article describes the method of practical tasks selection to the educational materials named after G. Roche, which allows composing practical framework for the studied courses. Despite the common tools of pedagogical design of academic and digital courses, the latter are characterized by technical constraints. In order to cover cognitive competencies of all levels it is proposed to use Bloom’s taxonomy, which is used in this article within the framework of popular MOOC platforms.
