Abstract

A three-fraction composition of the ceramic forming mass was developed for obtaining energy-intensive resistors based on powders of electrocorundum with grainism F 120, F 400 and a thin milk electrically conductive fraction from a colloidgraphite drug of the S-1 brand. To bind the grains when forming the workpiece, an aluminumchromophosphate bundle was used, which allows to receive clogging, unsaturated products. The components of the forming mass mixed and pressed semi-finished products. For comparison, an analysis of the structure and composition of the resistor of the company HVR International was carried out. The effect of pressing pressure developed by the amount of electrical resistance and the density of the material has been studied. Changing the content of colloidal nano-size graphite, they received a wide range of electrical tests. Based on colloidal graphite and aluminum-containing ligament, masses are obtained that reduce contact resistance. Ill. 3. Ref. 16. Tab. 4.
