Abstract

This article explores important aspects of professional and communicative competence of future lawyers majoring in law. In today's world, where legal practice faces various challenges and requires active interaction with various interest groups, communication skills and interpersonal relations are becoming key factors for successful work. The article examines the components of professional communication competence, including communication skills, empathy and trust building, effective negotiation, public speaking and written communication, and conflict resolution. The practical applications of these skills in the field of legal practice and their impact on performance and client satisfaction are highlighted. The article calls for increased attention to the development of communication skills in the training of future lawyers and notes their importance for achieving professional success in the legal field. The authors emphasise the need to integrate these components into the curriculum to create qualified and competent lawyers.
