One of the strengths of this report is its relatively large patient sample. However, this report also has limitations. First, this study was a cross-sectional, retrospective study and is therefore limited in its ability to assess changes in satisfaction over time. Second, our patients suffered from relatively severe complications when compared with those described in most other reports.
