Abstract
A 34-year-old woman G = 2 P = 2 completed parity was diagnosed with an abnormal PAP smear definite as AGC (Atypical Glandular Cells), seen in our center for a second opinion. The Bethesda system classifies atypical glandular cells (AGC) as glandular cells that demonstrate nuclear atypia appearing to exceed reactive or reparative changes but lacking certain features of adenocarcinoma.
