Abstract

With the increasing number of minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, the possibility of complications is increasing. So, every ophthalmologist could encounter it in their private practice. We show 4 cases of filler migration and persistent eyelid edema along with the evolution of our approach from the first case in 9 years ago until today. Every patient improved after an injection of hyaluronidase, even after experiencing many years of persistent edema. Every ophthalmologist should be aware of this possible complication after filler injection and its simple and cost-effective therapy to avoid unnecessary investigations and costs.
