Abstract
OBJETIVO: Determinar las complicaciones fetales en pacientes gestantes con malaria. DISEÑO: Estudio prospectivo. PACIENTES Y MÉTODOS: Diez fetos de gestantes con malaria por Plasmodium vivax fallciparum controlados clínica y ecográficamente y atendidos en el hospital MINSA-Tumbes. RESULTADOS: La complicación más frecuente fue el sufrimiento fetal agudo o crónico (80%) y en un sólo caso hubo óbito.
