Abstract
Many authors recognize that corruption is a serious problem for Brazil, creating several obstacles for public administration. With a view to greater control in relation to this topic, numerous measures were created to combat it, among which the compliance application stands out. The present work proposes to explore the various existing measures in national legislation regarding the application of compliance, with a special focus on the state of Minas Gerais. main monitoring and control (compliance) structures that are applicable to the public service in the state of Minas Gerais. This is an exploratory work of a descriptive nature, based on a literature review of secondary sources, which version on the subject of compliance.
