Compliance Analysis of Configurable Business Process Model Based on Extend CTL

Abstract

In recent years, business process compliance has become a hot research issue in the field of business process management(BPM). Although there exist a lot of methods and tools, the enterprises or organizations are still facing some challenges to support their business process comply with the requirements driven by regulations or laws etc., this situation are become more sever to configurable business process models. To address this problem, in this paper we propose a solution to tackle the compliance analysis between the configurable business process and compliance rules. We use colored Petri net(CPN) as a formalism model to express the configurable business process model by adding configuration operations, At the same time, we use the extend CTL(Count Tree Logic) to express the compliance rule so that the extend CTL formulas reflect the compliance requirements, Finally, we introduce the compliance analysis of configurable business process model and give a theory to judge the constraint correctness of compliance rue in the configurable business process model.
