Abstract

Complexity and Uncertainty are undeniably foundations of many structural and analytical aspects on every domain of modern science and technology plus associated standard sets like ones with IEEE, sadly though there is not a commonly agreed description for them, to be applicable literally everywhere. Here, author tries to revisit complexity and uncertainty from philosophical, logical and measurement methodology points of view while proposing modern extensions to usable paradigms and frameworks.
