Abstract
Poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymers grafted with poly(ethylene oxide) were synthesized by reaction of methyl methacrylate and methacrylate-headed poly(ethylene oxide) macromonomer. Copolymers with branches of different lengths and different contents were obtained. The complexation efficiency in solution of the polymers with potassium picrate was investigated by means of the extraction with immiscible solvents technique.
