Abstract
The complex impedance and ac conductance investigations over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies for solution grown films of CuInse 2 are carried out. The complex impedance plots are semicircular arcs with centre below the real axis indicating a dipolar and multirelaxation behaviour of CuInSe2. Temperature and frequency dependent ac conductance studies are also made for the sample. The temperature dependence of ac conductance for CuInSe 2 can be well explained by Correlated Barrier Hopping model and is found to be dominated by bipolaron hopping.
