Abstract

Abstract Single embryo transfer (SET) is the standard of care for in vitro fertilization procedures and is aimed at decreasing the rates of multiple gestations. We highlight a case report of a patient with monochorionic-triamniotic triplet gestations despite SET and discuss the necessity of counseling patients adequately prior to using assisted reproductive technology.
