Abstract
Molar pregnancy, also known as gestational trophoblastic disease, is one of the most common benign tumors, occurring in 1 in 1000 pregnancies in the United States. Sonography plays a major role in diagnosing a molar pregnancy and monitoring the complications that may occur when a fetus is involved. The author presents the case of a complete twin molar pregnancy, the rarest form. In most cases, the fetus is terminated or does not survive. In this case, the patient, acknowledging the risks, decided to proceed with the pregnancy.
